Below Da Curve
So I spent Monday, til after midnight, analysing some 3/6 and 5/10 NLHE games on 32RedPoker and at the end I was ready for a little session of $3/6 NLHE on Full Tilt Poker. That little session of 226 hands cost me $1540 and I ended up being, overall, a $1338 loser to: b9291974.
He started off by runner runnering me in a $192 pot. I kept check calling his 5-high bluffs and made 2 pair on the river. I just check called the river too because I was sure he was bluffing but he had rivered a runner runner straight.
I lost a $898 pot cold calling with AQ from the SB versus his open raise from the cut off (KK) on a Q72 rainbow flop, safe turn, safe river. I put him on KK as the only hand that beats me in his range when he called my check raise on the flop but his small turn and river bets but some doubt in my mind and so he milked me.
Lost $536 pot to same player when our hands were reversed. I 3-bet with KK from BB. He calls and I check the AQx suited flop, he checks also. I bet the turn and he calls, I put him on AJ/AQ as the only hand that beats me and check call the small river bet thinking he wouldn't have checked the suited flop with an ace and my river check could also have induced a bluff. He turns over AQ!
Final straw, same player, I lose a $1239 pot when I know I got him crushed to a 2 outer. I knew the Jack was coming too.

Many thanks to b9291974 who has confirmed how bad I am running at the moment. Down almost $2500 this month already.
My bankroll is now less than 25% of what it was before Las Vegas due to losses, expenses and withdrawals. In fact, I noticed my downswing start in late December 2007 where my bad beat quota went through the roof. I'm still up this year, but my total 2008 profit is almost less than my average monthly profit between Jan 2005 - Dec 2007!
